What XcapeVelocity.ai Provides
XcapeVelocity.ai is AI infrastructure for real-time crisis management and a technology platform. It is not itself a nonprofit, NGO, charity, or emergency-response organization.
XcapeVelocity.ai is designed to identify and evaluate major emergencies, assess established emergency-response organizations for their relevance to a particular emergency, assemble an emergency-specific giving portfolio, present emergency information to the public, and facilitate the giver’s payment experience.
Recipient organizations remain independently operated. XcapeVelocity.ai does not control their operations or guarantee particular emergency-response results.

Emergency Identification
XcapeVelocity.ai is designed to monitor emergency conditions and identify events that may require expedited human review.
Organization Evaluation
Established emergency-response organizations are evaluated for their relevance to the needs and conditions of each emergency.
Emergency Giving Portfolio
An emergency-specific portfolio may include organizations addressing medical support, shelter, food, water, sanitation, family support, logistics, and recovery needs.
Payment Facilitation
XcapeVelocity.ai provides the technology and giver-facing payment experience through which an emergency gift and XcapeVelocity.ai’s separate technology and platform fee can be presented and processed.
How the Payment Process Works

Review the Emergency
The giver reviews the available emergency information and the purpose of the emergency giving channel.

Choose a Gift Amount
The giver voluntarily chooses the amount intended for the emergency giving portfolio. XcapeVelocity.ai does not require a particular gift amount.

Review All Charges
Before completing payment, the giver sees the emergency gift amount, XcapeVelocity.ai’s separate 3% technology and platform fee, applicable payment-processing charges, and the complete transaction total.

Payment and Routing
After payment is completed, the gift portion is submitted through the approved charitable clearing and disbursement arrangement for allocation according to the applicable emergency portfolio. XcapeVelocity.ai’s separately disclosed technology and platform fee is payment for the technology service provided by XcapeVelocity.ai.
The payment functionality described on this page is not active on this informational website. This website does not collect payment-card information or process payments.
Clear Fee Disclosure
XcapeVelocity.ai charges a separately disclosed technology and platform fee equal to 3% of the giver’s selected emergency gift amount. Payment-processing charges are separate and will be disclosed before the giver authorizes the transaction.
The $3.00 XcapeVelocity.ai technology and platform fee in this example is payment to XcapeVelocity.ai for its technology service. It is separate from the $100.00 emergency gift amount.
Receipt and Tax Information
XcapeVelocity.ai’s technology and platform fee is not a charitable gift and should not be treated as tax-deductible.
The receipt, charitable-recipient information, and potential tax treatment applicable to an emergency gift will depend on the qualified charitable clearing or intermediary arrangement identified during the actual payment process.
The payment screen and receipt will distinguish the emergency gift from XcapeVelocity.ai’s separate technology and platform fee.
Givers should consult their own tax advisers regarding their individual circumstances. XcapeVelocity.ai does not provide tax advice.
Refund and Payment Dispute Policy
A giver who believes a transaction was duplicated, unauthorized, or processed incorrectly should contact XcapeVelocity.ai promptly at m@xcapevelocity.ai.
XcapeVelocity.ai will review the transaction together with the applicable payment processor and charitable clearing or disbursement provider.
A gift portion may no longer be refundable after it has been transferred, allocated, or disbursed through the applicable charitable clearing arrangement.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method. The timing of an approved refund may depend on the payment processor and the giver’s financial institution.
Do not email full payment-card numbers, security codes, passwords, banking credentials, or other sensitive financial information.
Recurring Giving and Cancellation
Where recurring giving is available, the available frequency may include weekly or monthly payments.
A giver may cancel future recurring payments at any time through the applicable My Giving account controls or by contacting m@xcapevelocity.ai.
Cancellation prevents future scheduled charges. It does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been completed.
XcapeVelocity.ai will provide confirmation when a recurring-payment cancellation has been processed.
No Physical Goods or Shipping
The payment service described on this page does not involve the sale or shipment of physical goods. Shipping, product delivery, exchanges, and physical-product returns are therefore not applicable.
Privacy and Information Use
XcapeVelocity.ai may collect information reasonably necessary to provide account services, facilitate payments, communicate with givers, prevent fraud, maintain transaction records, and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Payment-card information will be handled through the applicable payment processor and should not be sent to XcapeVelocity.ai by email.
XcapeVelocity.ai does not sell payment-card information.
